What an outdated site costs you

A strong business can still look invisible online.

Potential customers judge clarity, credibility, and convenience in seconds. If your site feels dated, confusing, or hard to use, they may never discover how good your work actually is.

Typical clients
  • Medical and dental practices
  • Law firms and professional services
  • Home services and contractors
  • Hospitality suppliers and venues
  • Specialty retail and showrooms
  • Nonprofits and associations
01

Your offer is hard to understand

02

Your website undersells your reputation

A generic or outdated experience can make an established operation look like a new one.

03

Search is changing around you

Customers now discover businesses through Google, maps, AI summaries, and answer engines.

Good questions

Before we talk.

Clear answers now make for a better project later.

How much does a small business website cost?

Montoya Media website projects start at $3,500. Final pricing depends on content, page count, integrations, and project complexity. You receive a fixed scope and price before work begins.

How long does a website take?

Most five-page websites launch in four to eight weeks from kickoff. The biggest variable is how quickly content, photos and feedback arrive.

What are SEO, AEO, and GEO?

SEO improves traditional search visibility. AEO and GEO focus on helping answer engines and generative AI systems understand and potentially cite accurate information about your business. Their foundations overlap: useful content, clear structure, crawlability, and trustworthy business signals.

Will my website be accessible?

New builds use accessibility-focused design and development practices with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the technical target. Accessibility is an ongoing operational responsibility, especially when content and third-party tools change after launch; it is not presented as a legal certification.

Do I own my website?

Yes. After final payment, you receive the agreed website files and ownership of the completed custom work, excluding any third-party services or separately licensed assets.

Can you improve the website I already have?

Usually. The first conversation identifies whether a focused redesign, technical remediation, or full rebuild is the more responsible investment.

Who writes the content?

You supply the raw material: what you do, who you serve, how you work, and any existing copy. Montoya Media organises it, edits it for clarity, and writes the connecting copy. Writing every page from scratch is quoted separately.

Do I need professional photos?

They help, and they are not required. Many projects launch with a mix of real photos of the business and carefully chosen stock. Photography is not included in the starting price; a local photographer can be recommended.

What is the site built with, and can I edit it myself?

Sites are built with standard web technologies chosen for speed, accessibility and low maintenance. Where you need to edit content regularly, a content management system is set up and you are shown how to use it. The platform is decided during the Structure stage.

Where is the site hosted, and who owns the domain?

You do. Montoya Media recommends a host, sets it up in your name, and launches there. After final payment you receive the website files and ownership of the completed custom work.

Do you work with businesses outside Las Vegas?

Yes. Most clients are in Las Vegas, Henderson and Southern Nevada, and remote projects across the United States follow the same process over video calls.

What does a care plan cost?

Care plans are month to month and start with an Essential tier covering updates, backups, monitoring and small edits, with a Growth tier adding more edit time and a monthly plain-language report. Current pricing is on the website care page, and you are never required to take one.

What is not included in the starting price?

Photography, writing all copy from scratch, logo design, ongoing marketing, paid advertising, and third-party subscriptions such as hosting or booking tools. Each can be quoted if needed.
