Web design in Las Vegas

A website that matches
the business you run today.

Custom design and development for established businesses, with a published scope, a fixed price, and one person responsible from first call to launch.

The Montoya Website Upgrade

Five pages, built to do five jobs.

A typical engagement is a five-page website. Each page has one job, and the whole site is built so a first-time visitor understands what you do, trusts you, and gets in touch.

The five pages

  1. Home – who you are, who you serve, and the next step.
  2. Services – what you offer, explained the way customers search for it.
  3. About – the people, the history, and why you are trusted.
  4. Work or Reviews – proof: projects, results, or client words.
  5. Contact – a form, a phone number, hours, and a map if you have a location.

Need more pages, a service menu, or location pages? Those are scoped and priced before work begins.

Who this is for

Established businesses whose website fell behind.

The best fit is an owner-led business that has been operating for years, has real customers and a reputation, and has a website that no longer reflects any of that.

  • Medical and dental practices
  • Law firms and professional services
  • Home services and contractors
  • Hospitality suppliers and venues
  • Specialty retail and showrooms
  • Nonprofits and associations

Good questions

Questions about a project.

Timeline, content, platform, hosting and what the price does not cover.

How long does a website take?

Most five-page websites launch in four to eight weeks from kickoff. The biggest variable is how quickly content, photos and feedback arrive. The timeline is agreed in writing before work begins.

Who writes the content?

You supply the raw material: what you do, who you serve, how you work, and any existing copy. Montoya Media organises it, edits it for clarity, and writes connecting copy. Writing every page from scratch is quoted separately.

Do I need professional photos?

They help, and they are not required. Many projects launch with a mix of real photos of the business and carefully chosen stock. Photography is not included in the starting price; a local photographer can be recommended.

What is the site built with, and can I edit it myself?

Sites are built with standard web technologies chosen for speed, accessibility and low maintenance. Where you need to edit content regularly, a content management system is set up and you are shown how to use it. Which platform fits is decided during the Structure stage.

Where is the site hosted, and who owns the domain?

You own the domain and the hosting account. Montoya Media recommends a host, sets it up in your name, and launches there. After final payment, you receive the website files and ownership of the completed custom work.

What is not included in the starting price?

Photography, writing all copy from scratch, logo design, ongoing marketing, paid advertising, and third-party subscriptions such as booking tools or hosting. Each can be quoted if needed.

Do you work with businesses outside Las Vegas?

Yes. Most clients are in Las Vegas, Henderson and Southern Nevada, and remote projects across the United States work the same way: the same process, run over video calls.
