What this site collects,
and what it does not.
Short version: the contact form sends your message to Albert by email, the server keeps ordinary access logs, and Google Analytics measures how the site is used. There is no advertising on this site.

This policy covers montoyamedia.com, operated by Montoya Media, Las Vegas, Nevada. Last updated 31 October 2026.
The contact form
When you send the form, your name, email address, company (if given), project type, budget range (if given) and message are emailed to [email protected]. They are used only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the project. They are kept in that mailbox and are not sold, shared or added to a marketing list.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Cookies
The site sets one session cookie when you use the contact form. It protects the form against forged submissions and limits how often the form can be sent. It contains no personal information and expires when you close the browser.
Google Analytics may also set cookies that recognise a browser across visits so Montoya Media can understand page usage and measure completed inquiries. These cookies are used for site analytics, not to display advertising on montoyamedia.com.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the hosting server records each request: the page asked for, the time, your IP address and browser type. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are kept only as long as the host's standard retention.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-TSH8NJM1FN, to count visits and understand which pages are read. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may set cookies to recognise repeat visits and processes analytics data on behalf of Montoya Media under Google's terms. A successfully submitted contact form is counted as a generate lead
event. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or a content blocker. Montoya Media does not use this data to display advertising on this site.

Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. Deleting a project inquiry means it cannot be followed up.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes, such as adding analytics, are described here before they take effect.
